Seriously overrated in older reviews. Responsiveness by management and attention to maintenance has really gone way down at the Harrisburg apartment complex over the past few months. This was definitely a 5-star experience when I moved in 4 years ago, not anymore. Our wonderful and well-liked maintenance person was working at TWO other Paradigm sites as well so he was just not able to respond much to our needs here. He just quit this week. Pipes bursting in my ceiling, wall cracks and low grade appliances are the kinds of things not easily seen but sure make life here much less pleasant. On a professional level, I find it unacceptable that Jessica Fake waited nearly half a year to inform me that this balance had grown to this extent. I had made multiple contacts with Jessica concerning my worries about my father's declining health and whether or not payments were going through. To deny me this information has put undue financial stress on a tenant. On a personal level, I was astonished to discover that Jessica lied to my face. She claimed she had already filed with the court and so the date for payment could not be postponed. That's almost ironic, considering Jessica said that I "legally threatened her." Asking questions, even if informed by advice of law students that are living nearby, is not a legal threat. But claiming you filed charges on someone definitely is. Lucki

Shortly after we bought our townhome Paradigm took over managing our community. As soon as the transition between property management companies happened we saw the community begin to deteriorate. The only time they perform maintenance in the outdoor spaces is when it is specifically requested. They have never once sprayed the outside of the complex for bugs and pests. I have requested that our place be sprayed on more than one occasion and even sent photos of the bugs outside of our door and I am still trying to get it done. Recently I asked for the community budget, as a property owner I have the right to it. They sent over the budget for the 2023 and there was a startling discrepancy. The team is always quick to respond to our maintenance needs, and the crews are very polite, professional, and do a great job at troubleshooting and fixing any home issues. We feel like everyone at Paradigm has our interests at heart and we appreciate the support!

I've been a Contractor for many years and Paradigm Properties Group is the first company that I've ever felt motivated to write a review about. The office staff is pleasant, professional and always answers or returns phone calls promptly. All of the properties that I have visited are well maintained and any issues that arise are dealt with quickly. The vast majority of tenants that I’ve met – both residential and commercial – are pleased with the property that they live or work in. An added plus for me is that they pay their bills on-time, everytime. Top notch organization in my book…
