Papago Gardens Apartments

This place sucks. Every week the water runs brown and you have to leave it on so it can “clean out” I’ve never been somewhere with this much water issues. The staff literally said “they just turned it back on, let it run” but this is literally weekly. They’ve changed how you can park but won’t send any notices or let you know. The bank payments option has been removed and it seems like my only option is to pay the huge convenience fee on top of my rent which is wild. No announcements ever get made for any changes. You get no email or message regarding ANYTHING. You get no air flow in these rooms, the previous staff said they couldn’t fix it and the current staff aren’t any better. Amanda is rude and has an attitude whenever you talk to her even for asking simple questions. I’m very disappo

I just moved in here and Alannah was amazing with helping me get settled in. She was very kind in helping me through the whole process. And the unit that i was given was perfect for me . I recommend leasing an apartment from papago Gardens . THANK YOU AGAIN ALAANAH

For the price, Papago Gardens gets 5 Stars. I have lived here since Aug of 2013 so 8 years and have seen it change a lot over time. I am very happy living here and thank Yevette for all her kindness and professional Management style. Lived in another apt here that when I opened the door my heart dropped. It was so disappointing. A 1970's look that was worn, falling down and cigarettes' burned counters, dirt brown carpet, etc. Then I had surgery and had to move to a downstairs unit- another apt in Nov of 2014 A NEWLY remodeled unit with just about everything New. Cabinets, carpet, wood flooring and matching appliances. I was over joyed when I entered the NEW place. I am very very appreciative of my move in and the process i couldn't have had a more simple move in without dsenia and alahna those two ladies went beyond to help me while i was going through such a rough time made me feel right at home thank you ladies so much also i love how my apartment was clean and everything working thank you so much 🫶🏾

This would be my second review the first one I took down because I was coerced into taking it down after I went six months without a working bathtub that flooded my apartment. Upper management excuse was that it was a special order tub that’s why it took so long when in reality it’s a standardized tub. I sure did get it fixed ASAP AFTER THAT REVIEW!
