May 2025 will be the end of my 3rd lease here. The complex is clean and well-maintained. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure tenants feel comfortable and safe. They are always available for any maintenance issue I have (which hasn't been often but still). I have never lived in an apartment longer than 1 or 2 years at most. I have been in this unit for 2 1/2 years, and I will likely resign for my 4th year. Thank you Papago Crossing for always making me feel at home. Cheers!

Come with me on my disgusting apartment journey: Initial review date early august 2024: Roaches from day one. Found two living ones, and about 7 dead ones. All drains have been completely sealed as well. Haven't even finished moving in. Multiple maintenence issues like a broken faucet. And no hot water. I had hoped that upon reading reviews it was a past issue, but it is not. I had asked the leasing agent, first thing, if there was a roach problem and he said no. Update: Still a roach infestation, they did take care of the plumbing problems after 3 weeks with no compensation for not being able to wash dishes or myself in hot water. Finding roaches literally crawling INSIDE of the washing machine while its closed. And spraying roaches is a multi time a day occurence. Its disgusting. 2

So, I'm here at my new home now, and I had the best experience with Misha. He made it so easy, convenient, reliable, persistent, and the best person by far to ever help us get into an apartment, and it was just so easy, too. Thank you Misha you are truly the best. I wish I could give you more than a five-star because that is what you deserve.

I have lived here for about a year and I absolutely love the place, definitely planning on renewing. Maintenance is Great in response in a timely manner. The office staff is some of the best that I’ve dealt with, especially Ellen, She’s my favorite, Always willing to help. Highly recommended.

Our apartment had hundreds of cockroaches that you can never fully get rid of because they live in the appliances. We sprayed, put traps, and kept clean, and there were still so many! The traffic sounds from the street also can keep you up at night. Lived here for 2 years and was very relieved to find somewhere else to move. I highly recommend avoiding these apartments unless you have no other options.
