Paoli Place North Apartments

This was my first stay in the U.S., and I absolutely loved living here for two years. The location is incredibly convenient — everything from grocery stores to the train station is easily accessible. The staff were friendly and responsive, and most of our maintenance requests were handled promptly. We made great memories with our community friends, and my family had lots of fun during our time here. We’re definitely going to miss the community. If I ever return to PA, I’ll definitely come back to these apartments. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I’d highly recommend it!

Stay away from these property, old apartments with high rents. WORST part is the the MANAGEMENT, not sure how they even have this job, totally arrogant, careless and full of attitude. I wish there was negative star button here.

Loved staying there for 7.5 years. Everything from groceries to train are easily accessible. Staffs were friendly and most of the complaints were addressed on time. The only problem we mainly faced was the stove in the Kitchen. Other than that pretty much everything was good.

Having been a resident for 15+ years I think I qualify to review Paoli Place Apts. correctly. The kind and helpful team here are, Charlene, Brooke, and a experienced maintenance team which has Bill (with 20+ yrs experience at this location), they are the best team this property has had in my time here! Paoli Place has apartments, and townhouses! The location is excellent, next to Trains to Philly and NYC., and close to roads for access to Delaware,New Jersey and other parts of PA. Shopping, includes all major food stores within 15 mins. and is 20 mins to King of Prussia Mall. I also order online alot, and delivery to the property has always been smooth, and easy. Thank you Paoli Place, my home.

Paoli Place North Apartments and Townhomes has been a great place to live! When I needed to find a place for my son, dog, myself and in Tredyffrin School District, Paoli Place was perfect!! Reasonably priced, pool for my son and plenty of space. I would highly recommended them!!
