You only want to rent from here if you like, dealing with liars Every wordthat comes out of this manager‘s mouth is a lie Anything that you do here has been writing because she’s going to do the opposite and lie seems to be her calling in life! If you’ve rent an apartment that has carpet, you’re guaranteed to lose your security deposit cause she’s gonna come in and pull up the carpet and point out. There’s a spot on the back. She’ll claim that she can smell animals even though it’s not true Claimed she could smell it in the bedroom as she walks through the front door. She wasn’t even at the bedroom. And the carpets had been professionally clean, and the animal we have doesn’t go to the bathroom in the house!

I would NOT recommend these places to anyone . When I first moved in it was nice , the apt. Is very spacious. From then on it went downhill . I had wasps nests outside my front door and on my patio , management claimed there isn't anything they can do . The whole section i lived in wreaked of marijuana though in the lease agreement that is not allowed. All the upstairs patio decks are old and rotting . Last straw was when my daughter was on a step stool and the upper flooring caved in and she almost went over the railing and through all this they kept raising the rent.

Find a place somewhere else. We loved it when we first started renting and it has gone SIGNIFICANTLY downhill over the last two years. We are locked in but this place is getting more and more downgraded by the moment. I had a flood incident happen last year due to the complexes maintenance team leaving the water running all day with the tub plugged upstairs while they were preparing the apartment for rental. They did minimal damage repair slapped new paint on it and called it good. I’ve been getting more and more sick and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was black mold since they didn’t do any testing of the ceiling, or none they could prove to me that was done and you can’t do your own testing cause apartment laws and no individual contractor would come. I stayed at these apartments a year ago and am still dealing with the ramifications. We handed them a letter specifically stating our move out date that was more than 60 days before our move out date. We later found out that they claimed we didn’t hand the letter in and charged us a month and a half of rent. Aside that, while living there about 15 months, we had every single appliance break. Sometimes it was fixed in a timely manner and sometimes not. Our washer was out for months before they replaced it with a stacking one but had to take remove half the counter space. The dryer vent did not go outside but blew back into our bathroom. My girlfriend had her car vandalized on 5 different occasions. I've been living in these apartments with my boyfriend and our roommate for 3 years now and we've had a great experience here! The ladies in the office have been amazing, professional and friendly. Maintenance also does an amazing job and have been pretty good about getting repairs taken care of in a timely manner. Over all, I highly recommend this place.
