Unsafe condition with Windows. Reports of faulty windows went unaddressed. A large window fell on my head resulting in head, neck, and back injuries. NO response to my request to resolve before litigation. Get windows inspected at LifeTime Living in Stamford.

This management company is an embarrassment. I have been dealing with a rodent infestation in my apartment, and despite multiple complaints, follow-ups, and plenty of patience on my end, there's been no urgency to get it fixed and no real solutions. No accountability. There's a tenant in my building who said they've been living this way for 7 months. INSANE! Living with rodents is disgusting, stressful, and completely unacceptable — yet management treats it like it’s a minor inconvenience instead of a serious health and safety issue. If you’re considering renting a property managed by this company, DON'T. This is hands-down the worst management experience I’ve ever had. Stay away from the following employees: Martha Busacco, Al Rexha, and Elio Pena

Filed a lawsuit yesterday for Pan Am's failure to return my security deposit ($3,050) and rent overpayment for my final month there ($1,500+). To date, they owe over $7500 with penalties. They've not responded to any of my emails or calls, but a lawsuit will absolutely get their attention since they have until 1/7/26 to respond. The penalty for a late return of a security deposit is 2x the security deposit.

Worst management company out there. We live in the building managed by them in Stamford. They used the Lifetime name to name the building. The building is dirty, carpets are very dirty on every floor, the security is non existent, parking is horrible. Michael Mendoza is the resident manager, never in his office, doesn’t seem to work. Things in the building are constantly breaking, employees keep quitting. It’s been a shit show since we moved in, I could go on and on, do not move here, no one gives a shit about the place.

Management is Unprofessional . They do not return emails or calls. You have to keep calling to get them on the phone. Staff at building are professional though.
