Not only are the apartments decent places along with affordable prices. The owner is very nice and fair, so much so I recently was offered employment opportunity from a business on the opposite side on North Little Rock from my current location I have resided for 6 years I had informed Pamela in late August about I desperately needed a apartment close to my soon to be new employment opportunity that is truly a blessing not only the pay, the benefits along with top notch caring people who owns that business, Pamela informs me a couple weeks later of 2 places that would be ready and available to rent, after performing a inspection I was completely overwhelmed with the locations and layout along with the cleanliness of both places and last but certainly not least, the monthly rental price com

I wouldn't even give it the one star. HORRIBLE RENTERS.!!!! We pay our rent on time, each month, full price and she says we owe her.!!! Can't get in contact with her or the office. They give us these letters saying we owe this amount or that amount when we don't owe anything. Then she says she made a mistake. Also they do not maintenance the home.!!! I can go on and on but I wouldn't rent from them again after we somehow move

Very nice lady, I've never rented anything from her but I use to sell her carpet, padding & assorted bathroom and lighting fixtures so I know she keeps up with her properties 👍

Been renting from Pam for over a year, great apartment at a very surprising value, landlord is extremely fair, nice and quickly resolved the problems in a timely matter.
