Palomar Stables

Nice spacious units, bedrooms are a great size and the closets are VERY NICE and roomy. Updated amenities, large kitchen island, and new appliances. Lots of storage space throughout the units, which is a must anywhere you live. This place has great on-site staff and management. Best of all, the location is fantastic, tucked away at the end of Waveland Museum Lane.

I absolutely love living at the Stables. The apartments are very nice and comfortable and the management is amazing. The staff members are so helpful and on top of things and have assisted me in every way possible to ensure I have a great experience ! The maintenance guys (Robert and Wayne) are a godsend as well, and they are prompt, professional, and knowledgeable too!

We have lived at Palomar Stables for over 3 years now and we have nothing but positive things to say about it!! The staff has always been courteous and kind, maintenance is incredible, landscaping outstanding. The property has ample parking, and is always kept clean. The apartments have newer appliances, perfectly sized bedrooms and the closet space is incredible. We love our little patio on our facing the walking trail behind our apartment. The gazebo area is so cute with strung lights, fire pit, grills, and plenty of seating space! This has been home to us for years and we couldn’t be happier. Super nice staff, site was clean and well-maintained. Loved the modern features inside the apartment and the fact that it was a newer complex. They do a great job keeping tenants happy and satisfied, from responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner to hosting fun events. Would highly recommend!

April and the staff at Lex Properties who own the Stables, are very personable and professional! Our stay at the property was easy going. The units are all brand new. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood, right next to all the shops and restaurants on Nicholasville Road. If you are looking for a worry free, clean, quiet place to stay look no further!
