I would not recommend this property based on my experience with move-out charges, maintenance, and rule enforcement. I was charged for full carpet replacement due to a claimed stain that was not visible during move-out and only appeared after the carpet was removed. Under Texas Property Code §92.104, landlords may not charge tenants for normal wear and tear, and replacement costs should not be passed on without clear, documented tenant-caused damage. It seems like they charge everyone a carpet replacement regardless of condition on move out. I was also charged for replacing a refrigerator door due to cosmetic discoloration. Paying premium prices for apartments constructed with substandard materials is not considered “luxury” I would not recommend this property based on my experience with move-out charges, maintenance, and rule enforcement. Management has NO BACKBONE! They don’t register restricted aggressive dog breeds correctly. Halls smelled of weed. Managers notified and did absolute NOTHING. Move out fees charged upon move out weren’t justified. Fridge door needed to be replaced because of discoloration isn’t a valid reason. Door had no functionality issues. Floors are hallow! Mushrooms were spotted growing all over the property especially the dog park. That presents to be a health issue for the dogs as they are poisonous to them. Dog poop can be found everywhere on the property and management again does

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Paloma Village! Madison was absolutely amazing and played a huge role in helping me find my dream apartment. After touring what felt like a million apartment places in the days prior as I lived out of town at the time, Madison showed me the unit I ultimately chose, and it ended up being the one I fell in love with. She just knew exactly what I was looking for! The overall vibe and atmosphere at Paloma Village completely sold me. Since moving in, the only issue I had was a slightly creaky door, which was truly a very small and insignificant issue overall. I simply noted it on my move-in inspection form, and without me even having to ask, they scheduled maintenance and had someone out to fix it very quickly, even with the ice storm and

Front office worker Madison was great! She treated everyone who walked in exactly the same no matter what they wore or why they were in the building. Very clear instructions was a Very good first impression from this office staff.
