New management Jenine is amazing. Very responsive and caring, she handles business! Kayla always answers the phone and is very sweet. I moved in around June last year and man if they had been managing then I probably would have had a better move in experience. Maintenance Tony and his team are professional and even honored my request when I asked for shoe covers because we don’t wear shoes inside our home. They keep the place clean, smelling good and I think I’ll renew my lease another year now! Hoping they continue with Paloma! Thank you Jenine for being responsive and addressing concerns!

DO NOT MOVE HERE – Unprofessional, Unsafe, and Falling Apart Fast If I could give this apartment complex zero stars, I would. Since moving in, it’s been nothing but problem after problem, and the management is either completely unresponsive or constantly changing. They’ve cycled through at least three different management teams, which should have been a red flag. It honestly feels like no one wants to work here. Here’s just a fraction of the issues I’ve experienced: Smart home issues: My living room lights randomly turn on because of their poorly managed app. I was told someone else had access to my unit’s controls. I honestly don’t even know where to start. The so-called “maintenance” here has been a complete disgrace since day one. Every request takes forever, and when something finally does get “fixed,” it’s half-done. But the worst part? We’re paying for a “luxury” facility and getting amenities in conditions that are flat-out unacceptable. Look at the pool in this picture, covered in limestone, dirty, neglected. This isn’t luxury, it’s negligence. To pay nearly $2,000 a month in rent and to be met with this level of disregard is outrageous. And let’s be honest, this isn’t just my experience.
