Palms Luxury Apartments

It has been about two years since I lived here. I chose to wait before writing this review because of a significant move-out charge dispute at the time. Now that some time has passed, I feel it is important to share my experience. Unfortunately, my time there was very disappointing due to the conduct of the office staff. I found management to be intrusive and unprofessional, which made what should have been an exciting first experience living on my own extremely stressful. During my pregnancy, I was considered high-risk due to concerns about my baby’s weight not progressing appropriately. My doctor specifically advised that I avoid stress because it could negatively impact my pregnancy. Despite this, we were falsely accused of smoking inside our apartment. I have had an excellent experience with this apartment community, particularly with the leasing office. The staff is consistently professional, courteous, and very helpful. On the occasions when mistakes occurred, they were addressed promptly and resolved efficiently, which reflects a high level of care and accountability. The maintenance team is outstanding. Requests are handled quickly and thoroughly, and whenever assistance was needed, the team was reliable and responsive. Overall, the professionalism, communication, and quality of service have made this a very positive move in experience. I would highly recommend this community.

I had a great experience working with Aracely Escalante at Palms Luxury Apartments. From the very beginning, Aracely was professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about the community. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the leasing process clearly, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was her responsiveness and genuine care. She followed up promptly, made sure I understood all my options, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. It’s clear that she truly cares about helping people find the right place to call home. We were worried because of my low credit, but they didn’t treat us differently or make us feel discouraged. Instead, they worked with us, guided us through the process, and truly cared about helping us find a place to call home. This was honestly such a blessing for my family. Joesph and the team at Palms Luxury have been super helpful and kind to my family. We have lived here for 2 years and the customer service and community events they offer have only got better since moving in. They make an importance on getting the community together with food trucks, fun resident events and occasional free treats from the office. Also they make it very easy and convenient to make your rent payments with lots of options. Maintenance is also easy to report and fast service.
