Tried to schedule a tour for a potential unit to lease, and the receptionist provided little to no assistance. He suggested multiple loop holes and an inactive website to schedule a tour rather than just booking it over the phone. Very lazy
Garbage management, had an appointment and they never showed up and wouldn’t answer the phone, I had to ask a tenant for their direct line and the manager who answered was extremely unprofessional and would not accept responsibility.
Spending the last 3 days trying to reach out to anyone about leasing a unit just to find out the unit is not available and they don't even bother to return the call.
Its good place, cozy apartment
