Palms at Windermere by Dream Finders Homes

Had the pleasure of talking to Dyanna Morrone a few times and then meeting her in person on very short notice at the Palms of Windermere location. She was working at a different site but went out of her way to meet us, walk some properties in the rain, and show us some move-in ready homes as well as some available lots. She had extensive knowledge in the different plans and elevations as well as construction procedures and timelines. She was so gracious with her time and epitomizes the meaning of outstanding customer service.

Don’t buy houses from Dream Finders! They must be called Nightmare Finders! They sold me a house at Palms of Windermere that was supposed to have a backyard with 22 feet where I was supposed to make a pool… after signing the contract and beginning construction of the house I discovered it has just 6 feet !!! I have a letter from their realtor that was at the decorated unit confirming they informed that to them. They refuse to return our downpayment!!! It is misrepresenting. Of course they know they will not leave space to a pool on the backyard in advance. That’s why most of the houses on this neighborhood are unsold!

Went to look at homes, but no one was there showing as they were having an event in the model home? Never heard of that ever. Could never find anyone to speak with or answer any questions so we left. Take your time and look elsewhere, if they can’t even be bothered to sell their houses imagine what they’ll do with the community once it’s full
