Palms at Countryside

Recently moved in, so far it's nice. The unit is nice, bonus to having extra storage (closets) around. Very dog friendly (no weight or breed restriction). There's a lot of sidewalk / areas to walk your dog(s) around, even has a cute dog park. My experience prior to getting the apartment was great. I met with Emily Marquez; She answered all my questions and went over all the details for the units. She's so sweet and wonderful. She's very helpful during the application process, allowed us to move in on their and our desire date. Everyone in the office, including maintenance, has been great and super friendly.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! The front office is AMAZING!!! Tracy, Yanisa, and Emily created a FLAWLESS move-in process. The apartment was very clean upon move in. Extremely impressed. Thanks ladies! You guys are awesome! Easy 5 stars!

Everyone in the office has been so great! I had to plan a move from way up north and they were so helpful and went way beyond to help me coordinate and secure my apartment in a timely fashion! When I finally got down here the apartment was in great immaculate condition and everything they promised happened. This complex is so nice with many amenities and I feel comfortable having my children play here as well. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great atmosphere and great people!

I love this property, been living here for 3 years and always had an exceptional experience! Tracy has always been such a warm, welcoming, attentive and understanding leasing manager. And yanisa the assistant manager is always very kind, helpful and informative. Overall all the staff has always been amazing since I first started living here. I highly recommend this property!

My experience getting the apartment has been nothing short of amazing! Stacy was phenomenal during the tour and provided all the information I needed to make the process smooth and easy. She was incredibly helpful throughout the application process and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
