Palms Apartment

Ms Casey in the front office has always been so helpful & attentive. The maintenance workers get to work as soon as they get a work order. We've had a leaky sink, they fixed it the same day, as well as AC troubles! Pest control comes once a month, but we haven't had any roaches or what not since we moved in, so part is also in the personal cleanliness of the tenant. The pool is amazing during the hot summer days, yes it gets dirty, but it's mainly during rainy days. It's had a little facelift and it looks nice & refreshing! Conveniently close to fast foods, shopping & besides the school traffic, it's a great place! We've been treated with nothing but respect in the years living here and it's been smooth.

This place is honestly disgusting, the roach infestation, to the cracks in the walls so you could never get rid of them, to the pest control that rushes in monthly that only sprays 2 areas of the apartment. To the bed bug infested buildings, and when my fiance and I left due to these conditions, they had the audacity to put a balance of $1,445 dollars in collections. Honestly do not live here, even if you're struggling.

UPDATE #3: Sooo management still suckss & maintenance is worse, if you have a problem with anything inside your apartment they take days to come to you & management says that they are busy when you can clearly see them just hanging by their trucks talking & doing nothing. They recently got parking stickers for the tenants because apparently there’s a huge problem that students park here like if there’s no parking at all. If you’re a student & you park here they will tow your car starting April so be careful. Management is rude as hell when you ask for something & they give you attitude. & don’t get me started on rent prices Ik inflation happened but come on $650 is going to $700 for a 1 bed 1 bath with only water included the apartments aren’t even that nice from the inside you can find be

I love it here. I moved here from San Antonio, everything has been great. The pool is my favorite. The property manager has been nothing but helpful and kind and you always see maintenance working hard. 10/10 recommend.

Well very grateful to have come upon this opportunity to finding this place available, since my current residency is getting much worse. Can't complain about this place I have all amenities close by, from parks, college, groceries etc. Thank you so much to management for making my transition very ease everything well explain, and very professional.God bless and thank you.
