What an incredible experience! This was my first new home and I’d heard a lot of horror stories about building a house. Wow! It was fun getting to make so many selections. The timeline was exactly as they promised. The quality of workmanship seems to be top notch. And the team! From Josh, our builder, Harlee & Lindsay, sales agents, and Mike, Building supervisor - unsurpassed in customer service! If every builder treated a job like Josh does, we’d have only happy home builders. Great neighborhood too - super quiet. So happy to be here!

Had a great experience start to finish! We worked with Harlee as our home sales associate and she was beyond communicative throughout the whole process. She did a great job of personalizing our experience and making sure we felt comfortable throughout the home buying experience as first time buyers. While our 3rd party inspector found items to be completed, Josh (one of the builders) was fantastic at getting all items completed asap without any pushback or delay in our closing date. We even had a tile that was cracked that wasn’t going to be completed before we moved in but Josh made it happen even during a holiday week. Josh had great customer service and it really felt like we had a great team we were purchasing from. Very happy to be in our new home. Thanks Historymaker team!

Recently purchased our first home and even though the process was not seamless Harlee was just a text away to answer so many questions we had. Josh was very thorough during our orientation. And addressed every thing our inspector noted.

Working with HistoryMaker Homes here at Palmilla Springs has been awesome. Josh the builder for HistoryMaker takes time to spend with the homeowners and is very detailed on the home building process. Highly Recommend this neighborhood!

Don’t live here if you want ANY freedom in decorating your home. The HOA is selective in who they target so don’t challenge them on anything. They are also the strictest group of people I’ve had the displeasure of interacting with. They never follow up and just deny everything. The houses are ok. Very thin walls so you hear a lot. You better hope for quiet neighbors. The school traffic is a nightmare. Getting stuck in that while you’re trying to be somewhere is awful. Find somewhere where someone else isn’t acting like they spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on a house.
