Hiii…..this is our 3rd year staying in this apartments, I totally agree that when I moved in it was not good but later on when the new management stepped in they resolved all the issues asap which the old management could not do…. I really appreciate the hard work and spontaneous reply from management especially EVELYN……. Even in weekends they solve all the issues not waiting for the working days….. great job guys keep it up…….

Had you asked me previously i would have told you to walk away. However!! New management is amazing! They take care of any issues that i bring up that previous management was incapable of fixing. Communication is 10/10. The property manager is on top of business 👏

This rental experience has been honestly the best I have ever experienced. Both Stephanie and Rachel go above and beyond for their tenants. From Day one of my Move in I have always felt like I was taken care of. Recently I've been in discussions with the company about possibly changing apartments upon my release and every management personnel from each Community has been more than willing to help in the process to make sure I was taken care of. That's what I call care, compassion and customer service!! Thank you Rachel, Stephanie and especially Liz

I lived here for one year (2022-2023) it was the worst apartment I have ever stayed in! All the trim, cabinets, doors, drawers, and light switches had the “landlord special” pain job over them making everything stick to itself. A few months into my lease, my bath faucet started dripping HOT water and maintenance NEVER came to look at it no matter how many times I made requests online and called the office. I did not have an AC unit for several weeks when I first moved in. Toward the end of my stay, a really bad roach infestation occurred and I have been paranoid ever since. Save yourself the trouble, DO NOT lease here!!!
