Palmetto Preserve Apartments

Finally got someone in office know what they doing. Been through so many people doing paperwork after paperwork. I was going to move but after all my concerns were addressed I decided to stay. The area is nice and quiet. The new Manager has a kind spirit.

Leasing lady was very informative. She was professional and conducted my tour in a timely & sufficient manner. All my questions and concerns were addressed. Upon 2nd meeting and applying she was once again professional, kind and informative. I felt welcomed and respected. Thank you Ms. Brittany H. For taking the time to explain and walk me through the application process! I look forward to moving forward with this process.

I moved here for convenience, I'm starting to regret my decision. I'm not sure how much longer I'll be here

If I didn't have to rate to post, I would not. These kids are always in the parking lot all times of the night smoking, sitting on people cars, throwing things at each other, but hitting people cars, sitting on the steps making noise and will not move if someone is coming down or going up, trashing the area and nothing is done about it.Now that school is out, its even worse. New management and still nothing gets done about loud music 2am/3am, dogs barking early morning 6am all day. Management wants you to call police risking your own life so they don't have to deal with it. I am currently looking for somewhere else to live.

These boys hang off the balcony and watch your every move. They don't have jobs. They come outside and gather around like roaches when u bring groceries from ur vehicle. Other than that, and roaches here, it is okay.
