Palmetto Place

Living here has been a great experience so far. The property is undergoing some improvements right now, which in cases is annoying as a tenant, but I know it’s for good. This new property management company that they have is doing so many good things for the property and it’s looking great. I’m very happy living here!

I give 3 star to this community because the community by it self is clean the maintenance worker are nice and they come when you need them to fix anything . It looks safe and quiet but the bad part about this place is the administration part the manager I forgot her name . She thinks she owns this whole place . I live with my three kids and I have my dad come to visit or my mom and sometimes they stay and then they leave that next day because they are retired they don't live here in MIAMI . And the manager have the audacity to ask my dad that why he comes everyday that why he always see him getting my groceries like she's checking on me that's really creepy. And she keeps assuming that's I have a lot of people in my apartment! Like what's wrong with the lady she sound super creepy . I told

The staff for the most part apart from one specific staff member is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are done fairly quickly and Jacqueline was a wonder for our leasing process. They have a good system in place and they seem eager to improve. I have not been here for long but so far so good!

Living here has been a good experience so far. I moved in a couple of months ago and haven’t really had any problems with my apartment, and when I did maintenance was quick to respond. Their team is great and they have always been willing to help since the beginning, my apartment was in great condition and for the price is a win!

I absolutely love living at Palmetto Place! I’ve been here for about two years, and ever since the new management took over, everything has improved significantly. The office staff is incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond to assist whenever I have a concern. The maintenance team is equally amazing, every time I’ve submitted a request, they’ve responded promptly and resolved the issue within the promised time frame. If I am being honest, the property has never looked better. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention has gone into making the community more beautiful and well-maintained. From the landscaping to the overall upkeep, everything feels more vibrant and welcoming. I truly feel at home here!
