Palmers Creek Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE. I only had a one-year lease at this complex, and the entire year it was filled with trash, bugs, and even pet waste in the building. Most of the office staff are pretty rude and barely answer the phone or respond to emails about questions or concerns. All of the doors that are supposed to require a fob to unlock are either always unlocked for anyone to come in, or the doors are broken and don't work at all. The neighbors are loud, and the walls are thin. My downstairs neighbor continuously came upstairs and knocked on my door for being "too loud" when I was either just walking around or even running a vacuum for a couple of minutes. The cops were there at least once a week for about 2 months. I couldn't even safely walk my dogs outside on a leash because several other ten

I moved in last week and the whole process went absolutely amazing! I was kept very well informed from start to finish. Princess and Lalicia went above and beyond. Princess belongs in management. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Also, had a tiny maintenance issue that was taken care of immediately. Rob was great! So far this is a wonderful place to live! Only one bad experience….just don’t deal with the current “manager”. I think her name is Ashleigh…just avoid her…she’s rude!

Can say the great experience that I had at the Leasing Office with Yenevi Garcia she was so calm, welcome, and very nice. She walked me through all the process, and she kept me updated on it. The apartments are so nice and comfortable. Feels like new home can’t wait to make great memories.
