Palmera Apartments

This review specifically relates to the current ownership group. Since the transition in June, there have been nothing but difficulties. From inconsistencies on how to pay your rent to the upgrades the units are to receive. For months I have been contacting the office as my online portal is not reflecting my account correctly. I have been told month after month that I’m on a list, yet I receive a letter threatening me to pay funds that have already been received. After bringing all of my supporting documentation this matter is still unresolved. I can’t pay online, so I have to write checks each month. In 6 months the front office and maintenance staff have already changed to a different set of employees. The level of decency has left this property and everyone is passing the buck to escape

I have been living here for almost 3 years and was not Happy after a year of living here because management was a JOKE!! Now since Palmera has bought the apartments and taken into action Cleaning up these apartments and fixing things, I am Much Happier living here.They do not just put a bandaid on things they fix it or replace it with new..Management walks the grounds at least once to twice a week to check for anything outside that needs to be done.The office has all New Flooring and it's ALWAYS Clean.Everyone in the office is Great and So Is All of Maintenance .Keep it up Palmera Your doing Great!!

This Property Was Clean InSide And Out , Definitely Would Recommend . Also Mari And Veronica Were Excellent People And Had Wonderful Customer Service .
