I tried to call the company to complain about their driver. This van was going 65 in a 45 through busy traffic and was tailgating a semi truck in front of him and throwing his hands out the window acting like the semi was doing something wrong. I will be also filing a DORA complaint about the unsafe driving, since it seems like other reviews have people complaining about their company drivers driving unsafely.

Dana Rozell speaks unprofessionally to the customers with no ounce of respect. It is incredibly difficult to talk to her and the way she speaks to people is demeaning. I’ve seen the way she does business with my Mother and it is unprofessional at best and extremely disrespectful.
