Palm Village

This is an incredible community, clean, with amazing pool. I have a few landlords who own units in this community and they could not be happier. The apartments are very easy to rent and I make sure my clients are protected. The community offers pool, clubhouse and much more.

EDIT: 1/24/2023 PLEASE BE AWARE OF LACK OF CONSIDERATION FROM STAFF AS TODAY NO ONE PUT A SIGN THAT THERE WAS WET PAINT ON THE WALKWAY WHICH LED ME TO SLIP AND FALL. I would give no stars if I could. The front office staff has been rude when you come with questions and/or concerns. Limited office schedule. There are issues with not having enough parking in the first place due to lack of enforcement of the spaces. Also, I'm quite upset about how getting a parking sticker is so difficult as it takes a long time. All of a sudden the sticker is placed in a part of the car that I don't want on due to it being easily removed if someone wanted to do it. There was also left over residue from a prior attempt on the car before the final setting. No notice of the regular bug exterminator as no one is

I used to live here. Did not have good experience living here.I felt like I was being watched every time I entered and exiting my apartment door and whenever family came to visit me.There was an older lady that lived across from me that would watch me every time and my neighbor as well. This place made me feel unwelcomed.Nobody said hi to you.They just looked at you like your not welcomed here.

I loved living in this place. Very clean, it's a wonderful village.

Very calm,clean, corner lot, easy to find.
