Palm Valley Apartments

Of the 8 apartments I toured when looking to move to a new place. Palm Valley was far and away my number 1 choice. Raven was super helpful, it was affordable, the apartments are spacious and the complex itself is very clean. However, once I began the application process, things have gone down hill dramatically. In order of events: After completing application: -Can't get a hold of anyone on the phone, stuck talking to an AI that is unhelpful. I was able to talk to a real person 2 out of the 10 times I called between submitting my application and finding out I was approved 2 weeks later. I was also charged the 225 administrative fee with no explanation until I could talk to a real person. -After approval, they said I was unable to tour my apartment for a number of reasons, even though the

Just wanted to send out a good review/shout out for Maintenance Tech Andre here at Palm Valley Apartments here in Round Rock,, was walking my dog and saw him working on changing out the dog "poop stations" which needed changing on account of most all the stations with rusted bottoms and poop hanging out of the bottom. They've been like that for a good year or couple, and definitely needed to be upgraded. Seeing the little things like that shows that Palm Valley Apartments is starting to take care of things, maybe in the next year add a dog park:), but there are a couple things that also need attention like power washing the breezeway in several buildings or the gates need attention, but all in all have seen many improvements to in include the front entrance finally fixed with the constru

I live there for years without any issues like other apartments. We felt home like surrounding and security in this gated community. They charge you little more for the additional services they provided. But it’s ok for the services. Office staff is promptly responding to issues all the time. Small size gym and kids love using their swimming pool. I recommend this place to my friends and all.

The management at this property is inadequate, leading to poor upkeep and maintenance. Common areas are poorly maintained: trash cans, the trash compactor and dog waste stations are frequently overflowing, and doggie bag dispensers are often empty. Hallways are neglected and haven’t been cleaned in years, with piles of bird droppings, feathers, spider webs, and leaking garbage stains, creating potential health risks for residents and their pets. This could be easily fixed by hiring a power washing company however management seems to not care. Additionally, residents such as those in Unit 915, have aggressive dogs that remain outside at all times. The apartment itself is cute. I love the layout of my apartment, but the whole experience has been ruined by the management of the establishment, which has been difficult from day one. I tried to give them a chance, and it was very thoughtful and understanding at first, but after my lease is almost halfway up and they continue to fail at the general basic management of the property. I can’t be silent anymore. They only have a 24 hour towing system so if you don’t register your vehicle, they will tell you at a $350 expense. The poop dog trash cans are always overflowing full. The pools always down the gates never work. It’s just a constant nightmare. The breezeway in my building has had dead leaves and dirt scattered throughout it for the past seven months.
