Palm Side Apartments

With the time i spent here i feel like now is the time i can write a review, for a first time renter this apartment exceeded my expectations, and Rosa is also an amazing property manager, my first night moving in the AC was only blowing hot air, next day with a quick hour test with no change to temp it was replaced at no cost, the rooms are also surprisingly sound proof, only thing you will hear is footsteps, i never hear talking or shouting or anything too loud and its amazing. The community is also pretty nice some of the neighbors have been here for a while and say nothing but good things. Would definitely recommend living here especially because of the location, you're so close to a few shopping plazas you wont have to travel far to get groceries or anything else! My 3 kids & I have lived here almost a year and will be staying another as our current is ending soon. We were put into a unit that had some issues under last management who never really fixed anything. Like ever. New property manager...Rosa...came in and literally fixed everything that wasn't her mess to begin with. We got brand new washer dryer to use in unit when I was told previously we were not even allowed to have them let alone rent them from the complex...we just got a brand new beautiful bathroom floor done! My kids are ecstatic. Rare issues with anything but when there is someone is sent within hours if not..the very next morning bright and early. Our AC gave us issues they were there with a brand new one to install right then and there. I'm not having to send countless emails li

Too much water damage and when you ask for repairs, even though your rent has been paid early for a year and a half, they kick you out. Mold and mildew in all apartments. The plumber they sent over to fix a leak said the pipes were old and not up to code.

Been living here for 3 yrs and love my place. Very quite and peaceful. Manager Heather is always on top of everything. And now we are under new management. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love my apartment!! I have been here 10 months and I am still enjoying the location, the beauty of the apartment, and the neighborhood. Rosa, the manager, is excellent and both of the maintenance men are exceptional. Mr. Johan Parilla, one of the maintenance men, exceeded my expectations today. I am very thankful!!! Sonja T
