Just stopping in for my monthly rant to let you know that this is definitely a care free spot. Want to be noisy. Management doesn’t care. Want stuff in your apartment fixed. Management doesn’t care. Want to take trash out. Good luck, it’s overflowing. Management doesn’t care. Have an issue. Don’t worry. Management doesn’t care. I guess I should say it’s a management care free facility. They’ve gone through more property managers than we’ve had dumpster pick ups this year (inside joke since dumpsters never get picked up and are always overflowing with trash here because it’s one trash can for two big buildings). Oh and I know the cheap rent sounds nice. Wait until the hidden utility fees show up.

Hoping I made the right choice very friendly staff but is sooo hard to get in touch with move in day and I’m literally having do the run around before I can get my key in hand Im the process of changing over light companies but they are telling me they don’t even have my apt number in that file or most companies don’t even service this particular side of the apt complex Not to mention I was told that the lights and water was being paid through them just to find out I have my lights on the day of. Not being able to be helped properly scares me because I work to hard for my money for them not to be as attentive New to the area and I pray this goes well Your first impression is your best impression let’s step up the game palm shore thanks

I love the apartment. It was exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been here for 6 months and can see myself living here forever. The area is great and very peaceful. Highly recommend

Living at Palm Shore Apartments in Galveston has been a great experience. The location is perfect; you’re close to the beach, the Seawall, and all the best parts of the island, but the property still feels peaceful and private. The staff here truly make this place stand out. Michelle, the manager, is amazing; she’s professional, caring, and really goes the extra mile to make sure residents feel taken care of. She’s approachable, easy to talk to, and always makes sure any concerns are handled quickly and smoothly. Victor, the maintenance guy, also deserves a huge shout-out; he’s extremely hardworking, friendly, and always on top of things. The absolute worst place to ever rent at. Please do not come here at any cost. I’ve had issues since moving here in December, at first there was a leak which then grew bigger bigger to the point where a part of the ceiling was falling apart, mind you we started informing since december that there was a leak, it was they’re own irresponsible management that let the leak turn into this big thing. It came to a point that every time it rained (which if you’ve ever been to Galveston in the months of Dec-Jan you know it’s like 2-3 days out of the week) my whole living room would be flooded. My roommate and I had to send various emails regarding the issue and came several times to talk into the office, they sent this guy to come and “fix it” maybe twice, he cut a whole in the ceiling and put wood
