They are the best property management company in Charlotte,Sarasota and other county areas. Jenni & her staff go above and beyond to protect my rental property. They trear my home as if it's theirs and they are very quick to respond to inquiries and will protect your investment. They treat the tenants with kindness and respect and respond to inquiries immediately. You will not find any better than Jenni and her team!! I would highly recommend this company.

Working with Palm Realty Property Management was a great experience. We needed to rent a house while we built our new house. Their app is great, and whenever we needed help or had a concern, it was resolved quickly and professionally. We had a bad experience with our previous rental company. Highly recommend!

Jenni was so much help getting me into a house. If you NEED to get into a place I highley recomend her. She helped me with all of the obsticles I was faceing while trying to get into a place. Was there to help every step of the way. She took my application, and didnt continue to take 100 applications untill she delt with the first applicant. That is hard to find, most places get rich off the application process, like a scam, but not Jenni. She sees people as human beings, not as just a piece of paper or a paycheck. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
