I viewed a property that was in unsanitary condition at the time of the showing. During the walkthrough, the employee stated that the unit had already been cleaned, which was concerning given its condition. I mentioned that a deep clean was clearly needed and requested to view the property again once it was completed. After the showing, I followed up with a few questions via text and received one reply stating the employee would ask the owner. Since then, I reached out again via text to the showing employee and called the office without receiving any further movement. I contacted the office directly and was told they were moving to a new office and to call again but that my message would also be relayed—this occurred twice, yet I still received no follow-up. I have had great experiences with the Palm Realty! We were renting our home through another agency, the homeowner switched agencies and we became Palm Realty tenants. What an improvement! Our calls are answered. They treat us like we are human and they are professional. Their service to us and our home have been great. As a person who works in vacation rental management, I really appreciate their management of our residence. They answer their maintenance calls and thats what's important.

I would say to be very careful when you read the rental agreement before signing. If you have pets do not expect any deposit back, you won't get it , in my experience. If you plan to move out mid contract make sure they confirm the rate increase or you will have a break of contract and receive no deposit. Communication was very poor from management. One manager said they would contact me back and said "I am a man of my word", they never called. I left the house in better condition than when I moved in. I asked the maintenance manager if the house is ready to move out, he said there were no issues. Then my deposit was not returned. The people leaving 5 stars have probably not tried to move out yet.

Don't rent from them you will not receive you full deposit back they will find a reason.I rented with them for over a year and was never late on one payment. In fact always paid ahead! I scrubed this place down when I left and was cleaner than when I rented it out myself. I was told they had to higher professional cleaners and there's was holes in the walls in the bathroom that's was their when I rented it.
