I didn’t have a horrible experience from them but the office reps weren’t very kind people. They seemed generally annoyed to answer any phone calls and I also got that vibe through email. Despite cleaning my apartment to move in ready conditions thoroughly cleaning cabinets baseboards closets and appliances I was still charged $200 because I didn’t hire a cleaning service because I couldn’t afford it at the rims . They had professional cleaners clean the apartment before I moved in and I still found things dirty so it’s safe to say I left the apartment cleaner than when I moved in. I even painted the window sills. I didn’t leave so much as leave a crumb of trash inside or out. It was so disappointing to me for them to take out the $200 cleaning fee on a technicality because you could see e

We are new tenants with Palm Properties in Savannah. My partner & I have had such a great experience thus far! Ms.Hallie is our girl! Shes been so incredibly helpful, kind and respectful to us! Making this process so easy. A Favorite new human of mine! Kudos to the maintenance crew! We had a few concerns when first walk through but Wow! they went Above & Beyond making that right! And having our space ready to make a good home! Thank You! The cleaning crew! Amen to You!!! I’ve never moved into a place I haven’t had to do a deep clean. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! Irresponsible, corrupt, unprofessional, and money hungry. They never answer the phone, and will do anything to squeeze every last dime out of you. Unless you have the money to fix their properties for them (for free) don’t sign anything. They’re so horrible they’re even losing contracts with owners that have hired them to manage their properties! I had rodents in my attic in a duplex that was never properly sealed, and a dead tree that needed to be cut down on the property. I’m pregnant and this company ignored my calls and maintenance requests to exterminate, I could hear the animals and when I investigated the attic there was feces all over my HVAC and ceiling that I had been breathing in throughout my pregnancy. I absolutely love living here it’s peaceful quiet I enjoy my neighbors here on the island minutes from the beach but the best part of Palm property management is indeed the management it makes a difference they are kind and helpful and if anything goes wrong there maintenance team is quick to respond we experienced massive damage from a neighbors tree falling with Helena the hurricane brought her a little bag of tricks I wouldn’t have even thought it to be their responsibilityAnd yet there they were Johnny on the spot cleaned it all up and covered the whole backyard stacked it and took it away but this is not the only time anything happens I called they respond he just can’t pick a better management company in the area welcome to the island

I do not exaggerate when I say do whatever it is you can to not sign a lease with these people (if you can even give them the satisfaction of calling them that) and if you have the guy to sign any lease with them, make sure you deeply deeply read it and understand that you're signing up to do their work. I was charged 200 dollars for accidentally leaving ONE bottle of Tylenol, ONE. The response time to get anything fixed in our house was as good as nothing and I had to fix 99% of the problems and when I sent them the receipts they sent me nothing. When we first moved into our house I started to also notice rashes all over my body and quickly realized our house was infested with fleas. WE DON'T HAVE AND NEVER HAD ANY PETS.
