Palm Living at Vintage Park

My services were great. Emma and Iris was extremely helpful. They were patient with me due to my pickiness. The apartments are nice and seem well kept, along with property being cleaned. When I was given the walk around I noticed the maintenance guys working hard and groundskeeper pressure washing the sidewalks so it shows me that they take pride in the approach and appearance. And it’s a plus there’s a lot of shopping center around the corner.

Recently I have been without heat during the cold spell and I was told they needed a part. I’ve been in this unit for 6 years and things are breaking down because of poor maintenance. I don’t call unless something is not working. I have seen several management come and go. Today I got resolution from the new property manager Emma Reyes. After listening to me last week she called me today to tell me that she got approval to get an expert on the HVAC matter. Needless to say after the guy came out he realized that in fact there’s a problem and it’s affecting the air as well. It’s still not fixed but at least we are going in the right direction. Thanks Emma for listening and doing your due diligence. I always get it’s fixed and a few days later it’s broken again. I pray this is resolved soo

I have lived here for almost 5 months now and continue to enjoy my stay thanks to Iris and Daniele. I express my concerns about problems that I have and they get them done as soon as possible. I have complained on multiple occasions about certain situations and they showed care and were able to accommodate me while consistently checking in after things were resolved. The complex is very nice and out of the way. Maintenance orders are taken care of right away. I plan on living here for a while.

Had a great experience with the staff at palm living. Huge shoutout to Iris for taking good care of me. I was pleasantly surprised at her quick responses and how smooth she made everything for me. She was very patient and understanding of my schedule, and got everything situated in a matter of days. Before i knew it I was signing my lease and moved in the next week. I’m so grateful!! Throughout the entire process she answered every question I had and kept me informed the whole way. I love the place and all the staff I’ve interacted with have been kind and welcoming. Thanks Iris

My experience with the staff at Palm living was above and beyond can’t wait to move in to my new apartment! My leasing agent Iris was fast and responsive and Emma the property manager answer all my questions and help me throughout the process as well.
