We recently built a home and had a terrific experience with Palm Lending, Travis Palm. The home building process was about 6-7 months and Travis was with us from the beginning and was so helpful through the entire process. Our builder had a "preferred lender" but we chose to stay with Travis as we appreciated most his responsiveness. If we sent him an email with in 10-15 mins it was answered. During the whole closing process we never had to wait for Travis everything the lender needed to do was done and ready. Even our realtor said we got ourselves a terrific lender who is on top of everything. Travis and his team are terrific we highly recommend them.

Started with Travis in January of 2016 when I was told that I had some credit repair to do. Travis made suggestions and, with those suggestions, I brought my score up about 100 points by April.
