I would not recommend living here based on my experience. Unfortunately, the property has not been well-maintained. I’ve tried contacting the management office several times with no response. There is a serious issue with ants and cockroaches — ants are present in all rooms, even on the beds, which is especially concerning since I have young children. Although pest control was called and sprayed the unit, the problem hasn’t improved. Cockroaches are frequently seen in the kitchen, despite using strong cleaning products regularly. It’s been a very frustrating experience. If improvements are made to cleanliness and management responsiveness, this place could be much better.

I have been living here for a few years, and all I can say is this place wasn't perfect, but it was good, and I loved living here till Lee & Associates took over. First of all, property manager Tish Childs is never here; she never answers her phone, showing complete disregard for her job. Maintenance requests take forever, and the parking gate was broken for a whole week i literally saw homeless people go through the broken gate smoking weed next to tenants' cars, And 2 days ago, a weird African American was cruising around checking apartments through windows, and I have never seen security patrols ever since this horrible new management company took over. They also did nothing about cockroaches; the roach invasion takes over the complex walkways and grass every single night. Literally not

My family was a resident here for the duration of a year. When we moved in, all the leasing agents were kind and accommodating. However, our experience at move out was incredibly disappointing. Firstly, we had multiple bump ins with roaches/various bugs in our apartment. This left us having to throw out $100s worth of food in damages. They only have one day out of the week where pest control can do their job and you have to make it work with your schedule. We’ve had to pack up our kitchen and bathroom multiple times to get the treatment done and yet the bugs would reappear. The fireworks were also one of the most annoying factors about living in this place. People set off illegal fireworks all the time and it literally shakes your house/feels like an explosion. We’ve experienced many restl

Too expensive for what they provide. 1 bedroom with no patio and too many rules about the front of your door. Definitely not worth over $2000 wasn’t even worth the 1850 we were paying we just needed to move somewhere else at the time. Would never live here again. Pool was nasty 90% of the year, poop bags for dogs were hardly restocked, roaches were everywhere. Any time we had issues with bugs in our bathroom they would barely patch up the holes. They only wanted us to contact them for maintenance issues (probably so we couldn’t reduce it from our rent) no hate to the ladies running the office they were nice and friendly the entire time

An ok place but the downsides really drag it down. The apartments look nice and staff is pretty friendly. We’ve had a few issues with things like the bathroom door not closing properly but they would come fix it really fast and were quite friendly. No problems with staff, payments, or anything like that. However.... the biggest downside is the roaches. I had seen previous reviews from years ago about roaches and asked management before signing the lease if that was a problem. He told me no, unless I don’t clean up after myself I shouldn’t get roaches. So, I kept the kitchen extremely clean with no food anywhere in the apartment. One night I wake up to a roach that’s like 3 inches big in my room and a couple months later there’s another in the kitchen. They fumigated our complex which prove
