Palm Desert Apartments

I went to Palm Desert Apartments, and I have to say I was genuinely surprised by how clean and welcoming the complex appears. It is very green, and the landscaping looks well-maintained. Saila helped walk me through the application process and was very knowledgeable about all my questions. I left feeling very excited and much more at peace after my conversation with her. I now have a lot more knowledge about what is expected, and her calm, professional demeanor reassured me of that as well. It appears that the staff here care deeply about their residents and have plenty of resources to help those who need them.

I think the office staff is very nice and the maintenance department do their best to meet your needs. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The size of the apartments are very big in comparison to many others. School’s are nearby for the children. They keep the pool looking great, all summer long. They have grills to cook outdoors for family get together’s. Dumpster pickup is every day. They do a great job maintaining the property and keeping it clean. Plenty of trees they offer shaded walkways also small playgrounds for the kids on property. The property management team is always finding new ways to make the property better they never settle for the way it is. Anais from the office staff was very nice. The size of the apartments are very big in comparison to others. Seems like they do a great job maintaining the property and keeping it clean. We think we’ll choose this complex to live!

Anahi and Saila are amazing at their job, they are knowledgeable and very professional, since I've lived here I have received from them nothing but the best customer service, keep up the good work!

Ever since they changed Management it’s been a living hell, yes living hell, I’ve been living here for 8 years and never in my 8 years living here have I seen these apartments so disgusting,trash bags not even thrown in the trash containers, the old manager would of changed any blinds that looked even a tad bit yellow these new girls don’t do anything, blinds are broken, homeless people doing drugs in the parking lot, broken glass that’s on the side of the door, and to top it all off my unit has been with out a washer this whole month and all they do is look at it not even a fix or anything. AGAIN WORST APARTMENTS EVER WITH THESE NEW LAZY MANAGERS. And I’m not paying rent until the washer and dryer charge is discounted.
