Palm Court at Wellington

I lived at WELLINGTON PALM COURT for the past six years, and I can honestly say it was a wonderful place to call home. I’m truly grateful for the amazing support I received during my time there. The management team, staff, and security were always professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. From day one, I felt safe, supported, and comfortable. The community is cozy, well-maintained, and peaceful, and the security made a real difference in feeling secure at all times. Any time I needed assistance, they were there and willing to help in every possible way. I highly recommend WELLINGTON PALM COURT to anyone looking to move to Wellington, Florida. It’s a beautiful, welcoming, and secure place to live, and I will always appreciate the great experiences I had there.

I’ve been a tenant here for 2 years, and I’m very happy to be here. Jaclyn and Monica in the office are terrific! They’re always ready to help if a problem arises. And I can’t say enough about Kirk, our maintenance expert! There’s nothing he can’t fix! Palm Court is a great place to live!

I've been here almost 4 months now. If there are any issues, maintenance jumps right on it. Jacklyn and Monica are wonderful as well. Always ready to help. Tenants I've met are nice. Not sure if these other reviews are legit or not. The sprinklers do leave a water spots on the cars, but that's what car washes are for! The only complaint I have is that not all dog owners pick up after their pooches. But that isn't the fault of Property Management - it's just someone's parents didn't raise them right.

I have been here about 7 years or more. The apartments and people have been very nice on the whole. We once experienced a neighbor who was not so great. They never once doubted us or judged us and when their colors came out were able to have them move out. The maintenance staff has always been helpful and quick to respond. There is also plenty of parking and trash service. I love that they provide pet waste bags and a great dog park too! My only downside has been the rent increase—however, everywhere it’s been going up. That’s why I still rate them a 5. Even with that they have worked with me to try and keep it from being too high of a raise at once. Awesome place to live!
