Palm Court Apartments

I loved living here! Great experience from start to finish. Management was wonderful to work with and very prompt with replies to questions and service requests. The building is over 100 years old but it is well maintained. Plumbing/electric inspections/maintenance and pest control were done regularly and swiftly. Each studio apartment features high ceilings and lighted ceiling fans as well a gas burning, apartment sized, 4 burner stove/oven. My apartment even had glass, crystal-like vintage door knobs as well as a charming claw-foot tub that was adapted to work as a shower as well (some apartments have more modern bath/shower combos) The window AC unit worked better than I could have hoped for -- not a lick of heat or discomfort throughout the summer.
