I am extremely disappointed with the management at Palm Court Apartments. Since Vinci stepped back into the leasing office as manager, the overall atmosphere and professionalism of the staff have significantly declined. Both Vinci and lease consultant Linda have been consistently rude and unprofessional. They often provide incorrect or inconsistent information and do not allow residents the opportunity to fully speak without being interrupted. It is incredibly frustrating to walk into the leasing office seeking clarification or assistance, only to leave feeling belittled, disrespected, and with little to no resolution. Vinci does not stand behind her word and frequently changes her statements or denies previous agreements. This creates unnecessary confusion and stress for residents. Commun

Currently Live here and it’s the worst apartments I have ever lived in! I am a VERY clean tenant and I have cockroaches everywhere in my kitchen at night time . They have came and sprayed 4 TIMES and the issue has not worked!! I email them about the issue and they just send pest control without letting me know, and the pest control guy has such a bad attitude like he rather be anywhere in the world but doing his job! I’m sorry pay WAY too much in rent to have bugs on my kitchen counter! I have kids and a newborn! Absolutely not okay!

It’s an ok place to live, but a HORRIFIC place to move out of. I moved out six months ago after living there for over 4 years. You are absolutely NOT getting your deposit back, and you will also have additional frivolous charges tacked on. Be prepared to get dinged hard. Do not move in here.

Hello , I’m a resident here in this Apartment complex . I just wanted to share a great experience that I had today with the property manager Kristina Hernandez. Went to the office this morning regarding an issue with my car that was parked in garage 15 . There was a third-party maintenance. Did some renovation and cleaning on the garage roof. For some reason debris got in to my car . FYI it was not intentionally done just to be clear . anyway, what impressed me the most that Kristina went out of her way, even though she had a meeting with her staff and acknowledge me right away .So I told her what happened . The professionalism , Eye Contact that she gave me and by listening to me as well throughout the conversation showed that she really cared. The whole purpose of bringing this matter

WORST APARTMENTS EVER! Pls stay away for your physical safety and mental wellbeing. I lived in this apartment complex a year ago and it was the worst choice of apartments PICK A DIFFERENT COMPLEX. Someone attempted to break into my apartment my upstairs neighbor notified me and the attempted robber ran away when they saw my upstairs neighbor. I called Palm Courts, to let them know and I quote “ well crime happens everywhere, even In Beverly Hills ” was their response to me Huh! Unbelievable. These people do not care about their tenants there is constantly loud music and weed smell all hours of the day. Men constantly cat - calling women walking to their apartments. Additionally people parking in front of your garage so don’t think you’ll be able to park there or more than likely your as
