Palm Breeze

I'm a home owner in Palm Breeze, the management are absolutely terrible. I have been waiting for 3 months for a tree to be removed from my yard, fallen from an empty neighbor's yard. Just a quick update. Balm Breeze, has still not answered nor solve any problems. Both Palm Breeze and their outsourced management, they push responsibility back and forth, both agencies are terrible and have zero customer service ability. Absolutely nothing. Don't rent here. Another update. 1st November. Still waiting on management. Requested help in June.

Don't move here. I lived here for a year and watched the place crumble around me. We moved in under a landlord and not the company. Therefore, the process to get approved by the Home-Owners Association (HOA) was a bit of a mystery. The gentleman we initially had to seek was nearly the same level of mystery as the process, as no one seemed to know his schedule - including him. After finally finding a time that he was there, we applied. He was crass - "Oh, so you're moving in without approval?" - which seemed unnecessary, as we had been trying for weeks to get an answer, application, etc. We were told we'd hear back in 30 days. 33 days later, I sought out the staff again. New woman; no knowledge of the application. She looked through the files... Our application had never even been started

I’ve lived here a year and it’s been peaceful and nice I wouldn’t recommend renting from the management company they’re unresponsive. I would rent from the actual home owners that take pride and care for their homes.

Great neighborhood! Very quiet, and office managers are extremely nice! I've lived here for 2 years and Veronica has been my Landlord the whole time and she has done an outstanding job as well as the rest of the staff! They are all ways very polite and professional. The maintenance staff is all ways quick to fix any problems we may have and are very professional! I just renewed my lease and look forward to staying another year here! Thanks to all the staff of Palm Breeze for making my stay a wonderful experience!!!

I have been trying to reach out to management for a possible rental since April. No one responds. No one is ever at the office. This is horrible and the people here are terrible to miss out on an opportunity to rent. Another unit is ridiculous. I’ve left voicemails. I’ve emailed with no response.
