Palm Bay Apartments

Old & small. Had a water leak in my ceiling in bathroom. I told them about it 4 times but the ceiling Sheetrock ended up falling to the floor before they did anything about it. I've been here 2 yrs now And no other problems. The front office is helpful when there is a problem and they keep the pool clean and usable. Mr Woo keeps the place up neat. UPDATE:07/16/24 I had lived in that 1 br 1 ba apt for 4 yrs & never a late payment. When it comes time for me to close on my house & move out 2 mos early they wanted me to pay for the 2 mos I wouldn't be there. I gave the notice & kept him informed. Just Greedy. But we did split it in the end. But who knows I may get a bill from them yet?

Beware of management. You are not allowed to complain when you have problems. They try everything to keep your deposit. Bad experiences

My family and I moved here in 2016, and our year was wonderful. Wendy is a fantastic Manager and always greets you with a beautiful smile. She is always pleasant and was very welcoming to us. Mr. Wu is also great, friendly and outgoing. The management here takes pride in the property and themselves, that says something. The area is safe, my wife and I would walk at night and never felt threatened. We were never victims of a break-in or had anything done to us. The neighbors are mostly pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone who would like a safe, clean place to live!

I looked at a 2/1 in Palm Bay Apartments that was in need of work. There was a drain spout from the a/c on the roof and spewing down onto the parking area next to the front door sidewalk! Mr. Jiaxiang Wu was very confused and confusing. He pressured me for a deposit without any written receipt. He kept changing the appointment to pay the deposit and then had the audacity to say that my application was denied because I requested to pay the deposit during office hours! #RatherBHomeless

The manager Wendy is very nice. Quiet neighborhood never had a problem
