I cannot say enough amazing things about this apartment community! From day one, the staff has been absolutely incredible friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Every question I’ve had has been answered quickly, and any maintenance request has been handled promptly and efficiently. The property manager truly stands out. Their leadership shows in how smoothly everything runs and in the positive atmosphere throughout the community. They are approachable, understanding, and genuinely care about the residents. It’s rare to find management that is this organized, responsive, and kind. The property itself is always clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. I’ve had an incredible experience at Palladium San Antonio, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the very beginning, John, the manager was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Lisa, was so friendly, accommodating, and guided me through every step with genuine care and attention. And RJ, has been absolutely fantastic, responsive and efficient, always ensuring that everything is in top shape. The community itself is beautiful, new, and welcoming. I truly feel at home here, and I’m grateful to the entire team for making this such a wonderful place to live.

Their website states they are leasing, but there’s no option to fill out an application on their website. When calling, their voice service states the property is still under construction & also mentions how they aren’t leasing yet. I’d just like to apply!
