My experience with the office staff was amazing. They were warm and welcoming from the time we arrived. We found out about the property then was given a tour. I loved the amenities they have for guests but also a small pantry for emergency needs for tenants. The apartment were beautiful. Little small for a 1 bedroom but super clean and it’s only for one person. I highly this complex. Thank you all for the warm welcome. We saw several properties that day and none were as clean nor as making us feel comfortable. I hope my friend qualifies. 😀

We found home at Palladium McKinney. It is warm and inviting, professionally built in elegance and comfort. They thought of everything! We love our home! The property is maintained and manicured with excellence. Maintenance staff is Johnny on the spot, readily available to assist, nice and respectable of our property. Shout out for helping me resolve my dryer issue! Thank you guys! Office Staff is amazing and helpful. Brynna & Hanna are my 5 star. They don’t just work here for a paycheck they work here because they care for their residents and it shows! Manager Kristal is always on top of things. No job is too big or small for her. She treats them the same. Look around and you will see her reflection of Pride and Care for this community and in her staff. We are proud residence of Pallad

Great place to reside. Any issue I have had has been addressed immediately. The staff is amazing. Crystal, Hannah and Brynna? Please forgive me if I spelled it incorrectly! I usually give a 4 star because there is always room for improvement. Always, no matter how awesome it is. But, In today’s standards if you don’t give 5 stars it looks bad for whatever/whoever you reviewed. So 5 it is. Maintenance is on point! And the office staff is eh ok. Just kidding they are awesome! They really listen, hear you and help you. I can’t say enough between the office staff and maintenance. The gym is great. The pool is a great lap pool. If you want to swim or work out, it’s perfect. Please play nice and don’t damage these things. Privileges can be taken away when damages happen. Please don’t be that hum

I absolutely love this place! The management and maintenance staff are professional and extremely efficient. They respond to any concerns or needs requested with speed and empathy. I highly recommend this location!

I would not recommend staying at this apartment complex from the process of doing my application and having to redo and resubmit so many things on top of the lack of communication should’ve been my first sign to move somewhere else fast forward to moving day at the time there was no working elevator so having to move things up so many flights of stairs was something i wasn’t expecting on my list. They told me they were possibly going to have some movers to help some of the people that were moving in at the time but that never happened. And come to find out as i was talking with neighbors quite a few people told me they got one month of rent for free while i didn’t get offered anything due to the elevator not working at the time which would’ve been very convenient due to having to pay for m
