apartment is nice on the outside but MANAGEMENT is HORRIBLE. since I moved in a year ago they keep trying to add extra fee's to my rent or claim that I have a balance. since we have gotten a new manager he is making it a little better but it still isn't enough. LORI the assistant manager is horrible, you tell her something she does her own thing & acts like she doesn't remember or know what you have told her. they have made my stay at palladium horrible & I'm only 21. if you're young DO NOT MOVE here! They will try to finesse you. & HONESTLY not only me I have friends that stay here & they say the same. walls are super thin you can hear EVERYTHING! just overall isn't worth it just to call this place home. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Just did a drive thru of the complex and looks very nice. Clean and ground areas are green. A Plus for me is larger patios/balcony's then most places I've seen. Looking for a place now to move in end of Dec. I've read reviews and I see someone complained about odors.. The inside air quality is what you make it when windows are closed. When running the air conditioner it recirculates the inside air. It does not draw air from outside. Looks like a good place to live will inquire further in office.

This place has gone down the drain in the last 6 months. We’ve been here 4 years and constantly complain about the nuisance of marijuana smell coming into our apartment for years and they never seem to do anything about it. The staff is rude and discarded by any complaints, dogs roam free rats linger on the outside cause of the trash people throw out outside the gates, they raise the rent without notice, and will lock the gates exit without notice, very poor and unprofessional antics here. They’ve been no help to us on our neighbors filling our efficiency with weed. And by the way they came for the trash and at 4am and truck tipped over the the trash and left it like that

I’ve been a resident here for three years, and it’s clear that the property was neglected under previous management. However, I’ve recently noticed some positive changes, and I’m genuinely impressed with the improvements under the new manager, Toray. I had some issues with my unit that had gone unresolved for quite some time, but he addressed them promptly and professionally. He’s very communicative and proactive when it comes to managing the property, and his efforts have definitely not gone unnoticed.

The management here sounds like they’re stoned and confused as heck. They don’t care about how run down the property looks and allow this specific unit to leave their poor dog outside for hours on end on the patio scratching at the door and barking so loud that people can hear it from the neighborhood next to them . The unit has torn up blinds and management could care less . Way to keep a community looking “great” what a joke . U pay for what u get so stay FAR AWAY!!! I’m sure they have roaches and lice all over this place too no doubt .
