Palisades of Bethesda

A great place to live. Gorgeous public spaces with a lounge that includes free fabulous coffee all day long. Amazingly kind and helpful concierges, maintenance, and other staff. Well-maintained apartments freshly painted upon move-in. The neighborhood is terrific with ma and pa businesses lining a 5 block radius around the building. (I love that they are almost all ma and pa businesses--barbers and nail places, cafes and restaurants of all ethnicities, an amazing independent book shop, art galleries, French bakeries, the best second hand store ever and more!) A pool next door. A rooftop. (My only complaint is that the rooftop is only opened in summer months and wish we could enjoy it in spring and fall months when the weather is at its best.). I would whole heartedly recommend The Palisade

I had the pleasure of living here for 4 years (2021-2025). Not only are they very pro-military (give a great military discount, no deposit, etc…) but over the course of 4 years my rent remained about the same price. In addition the maintenance team here is incredible with next day fixes to whatever problem may emerge. These are among some of the most affordable and best quality apartments you can get so close to the NIH, Walter Reed, and the Medical Center Metro (less than 1 mile away). You can survive without a car because of access to public transportation. Working in the medical field, I loved the proximity of this complex and the promptness of the maintenance team. I have lived in The Palisades now for 17 years this month. I have been extremely happy not only with the apartment, but the outstanding service of the team. Having had a bad homeowner experience with a condo, it has been a great relief to not have to worry about anything, maintenance is very prompt and professional. I would highly recommend The Palisades.

Palisades offers apartments with extra room and comfort. Plenty of closet space and pet friendly. Plenty of parking.
