Palisades Apartments have some positives, like convenient location and spacious units. However, there are a few drawbacks. The maintenance response time could be improved, and the amenities are basic. Noise levels can be an issue, and parking can be challenging. Overall, an average experience.

Over expensive apartment with a terrible property management. Management does not address basic issues like poor air conditioning. They try to charge you extra for making a genuine maintenance request.
