I have been living here since 5 months now and gotta say this is a nice apartment building. There's no noise and the neighbors are friendly. I love the apartment manager and she is very helpful, not only in the beginning but throughout your stay. It is relatively a lot cheaper than the apartment buildings on the other side of the trax station. We pay 900$ for a 2B 1B apartment.

This was probably the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Complaint #1 (AC) - My main complaints living here was that the apartment had a built in window ac unit. This ac unit does nothing (the maintenance man said that all the apartments would complain and put maintenance requests in for him to come look at them because they wouldn’t work). The apartment complex refused to replace them and so we were given a portable ac unit to go in the back of the apartment to cool down the bedrooms. So expect your electric bill to be astronomical if you try to run the window ac units to cool your apartment down (our first month living there in August, our electric bill was $350). Complaint #2 (Safety, Residents, and Noise) - The complex has no working security - we had 2 bikes stolen during our lea

Honest guide to the Palisades apartments. Definitely one of the worst renting experiences I’ve had. Lots of homeless in the area, bike was stolen from the complex within 2 weeks of moving in, and the laundry situation is very inconvenient with residents leaving nasty belongings in the laundry room. On the inside of the apartment, no dishwasher or washer dryer, AC doesn’t work they had to give us an additional unit, and all of the visual appeals to the apartment are lipstick on a pig that fades within the first few months leaving you with constant things to clean up. Upon moving out spent a week cleaning the apartment just to have 100% of our security deposit taken for random cleaning they have to do to turn the apartment over anyway. Thought this was the cheap option but when you see al

They’ve withheld my deposit for FOUR MONTHS without explanation. I call and they either don’t answer or give me other numbers to call that are disconnected. I send emails and no one responds to me for days and when they do they have no explanation, justification, or solutions. I’ve followed up nearly every other day for months and still have not gotten the deposit back even though I left the apartment pristine and sent photos and videos for proof upon vacating. Literally could not recommend this apartment less. Management are scammers looking to screw people over and illegally withhold deposits without itemized bills or any sort of ethical communication. Do NOT live here.

In my last month of renting here, for a year, the price was great, I'm at $800 for a one bedroom, however there have been three property managers since I first moved in a year ago, but the newest one had been doing a lot for the property. I didn't see her as much as the other two, but she was readily available when needed! (She's got the apartments in shape!) Maintenance appears to be non-existent as I had spoken with the Maintenance guy a handful of times, he looks at what I bring up, tells me what he's going to do, then disappears. The mailbox system is nice! (Took a hot minute to get it but it happened) The property manager had them put in and has been focusing on taking care of other issues as well! If you're looking for a cheap place to stay with a lack of a responsive maintenance, th
