Palisade Park

I have been renting for nearly 20 years, and I have never felt so at home. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and host special events. Thank you, J and Nina! The maintenance team is the best I have seen. Efficient and quality work every time. Thank you, Bianca and Isaac. The pool has been pristine. So much care in the water cleanliness, furniture, plants, etc...

You have to pay $10 monthly for a parking spot, not including if you get a garage or carport, which is extra. You can hear every step your upstairs neighbors take. I do not recommend living here with a baby unless you want an extremely overtired baby. The helicopter from the children’s hospital makes your windows rattle and it’s at any time day/night. The noise rules are not enforced (our neighbors vaccuumed at 2am). Also you always hear semi trucks using their engine breaks. It also usually takes a day or two for the leasing office staff to get back to you if you call them. The maintenance people are super nice and that’s the only plus side. The recycling and trash is always overfilled.

After we left the voice mail, we were contacted within 10 minutes. In less than 30 minutes Maintenance came and fixed our hot water heater issue. He replaced a part and we hope that we will no longer have an issue with the hot water heater. It has been turning off every few months.

It was a very nice building at one time. Now, it’s not maintained and the grounds are dirty and littered with debris. So cheap. Patio/pool furniture is such a low grade and pool isn’t cleaned with a vacuum so it leaves a bit to be desired. Honestly, it is too much money for what you receive. The former manager really took excellent care of the property so I have that comparison.

The Management team has really been helpful, friendly, efficient from day one!! The maitance Department has been fast, fixes any problem quickly in short order. I would recommend this property . Palisade Park
