Martha was a great help throughout the process and even made sure we got our keys moving from dallas and we were arriving pretty late but she made sure we still got our keys to move thank you martha!

I’ve been here for 8 months with no issues and thanks to Martha she was really nice and worked with me on getting my apartment for me and my son and now that when my family needed help because there home was being seized she help them get an apartment thank you so much martha

I stopped by the office today and met the new leasing team (Property Manager Areli and Alejandra) and I left really impressed. Both of them were warm, professional, and easy to talk to. I love the delicious pastries and drinks that they had. I’m looking forward for the next resident event!

So I have been here for about 8 months. Its been a nightmare. Instead of taking action. And dealing with the problems I keep getting run Around after run around. Mind you a new manager every month... Today I was offered to be released from my lease and I can move so they dont have to deal with any issues. Im not even the problem my rent is paid 2 weeks before its due every month. I work 6 days a week im bearly home and when I am home I have kids climbing on my car my tires air being let out and kids hanging out in front of my windows balls hitting my door and windows even my car when I was in it with my child. I can't even come home to enjoy a movie in my living room. My wallart has fallen off my wall and broke because of the ruckus from above and my 22 yr old was even haras

Edit Jan/2026 Maintenance issues does not get tended to and if they do they don’t complete them properly. I’ve been needing a new dishwasher for months. And I’ve been trying to get my heat fixed since November. I’ve been calling to get a space heater to help for now but I don’t get a response even though no heat is considered a maintenance emergency. I knew of this property from a friend living here so I decided to check them out. I called to schedule a tour and Martha was more than happy to help. When I came in to tour she answered all my questions and reassured me that the application process would be easy. I was moved in a week later with Martha’s help and the management.
