Painted Tree - David Weekley Homes

I purchased home in December 2023. So far had 4 water leak and electrical issues. 1. In Garage from roof. Entire garage and drywall is damaged. They fixed it 2. For 2 times my secondary bedroom was flooded during rains from a roof leak causing electric issues and drywall damages 3. In the kitchen I had a water leak due to plumbing issue 4. Now the electrical circuits are malfunctioning and appliances are damaged. Very disappointed for such improper construction.
