1. Terrible quality. If you are curious, take a look at any house building in progress. 2. Seller's Agent Farah? worst person to work with. Two of our real estate agents gave up working with her. None of the components on legal docs matters to her. She will simply ignore you. 3. Warranty? what warranty. We did home inspection shortly after moving in as there was water damage and for a year, they haven't done anything despite us constantly asking for repair. Unfortunately the year warranty ran out. Our last option is probably to hire an attorney to deal with this. Hey, at least we have track records of home inspection, warranty repair requests and lots of emails sent out begging for warranty repair. 4. Don't expect anything post sale. We have been fighting for close to 3 years for warranty repairs that they agreed to, in writing, several times. But of course all the documents mysteriously disappeared, oh that guy doesn't work here anymore, etc. One excuse after another. Once they have your money they don't care about you. I even contacted the president of the company directly who told me he doesn't care. They just assume they can ignore you or drag it out until you give up.

Don't waste your time or money w Pahlisch homes. They can't even build a house. They crack their concrete garage floors on purpose because they don't have a clue what control joints are, and they're too cheap to put rebar in. That should be enough for you to steer clear of these guys. $500K+ for a home? What else didn't they do? Several realtors I know even said steer clear.

We had numerous quality problems with our high end Pahlisch home and eventually they got resolved except for one. We have glue seeping through our front deck that forms stalagmites. This is due to some construction fault. The warranty claim was filed October 16, 2016 and now January 30, 2018 I am still receiving excuses for why there are delays on resolving the problem. If I could go back in time, I would have never bought this high-end home from Pahlisch.

Based on their driving, I wouldn’t have them do work for me. Cut me off twice in a row! The lack of attention or courtesy makes me cringe to think about having them do work for me.
