seriously dont rent here , in the summer ac doesnt work , in the winter the water heater turns off and instead of fixing it they only reset the water heater happened last year we went the whole weekend without hot water bc maintenance wouldnt answer and management doesnt work weekends, place is infested with roaches no matter how many times you fumigate they dont go away, mold gets painted over and the bathrooms leak from upstairs to downstairs. currently stuck without warm water for the weekend cause maintenance doesnt answer ohhhh and on top of that they broke into the mailboxes so now if you want your mail you better hurry up and get off of work before management leaves otherwise you aren’t getting your packages, management said its too expensive so they arent getting one until maybe LA

Do not rent from this property they do not fix things immediately or at all lived here 3 years and still they fix leak in one bedroom roof due to their ac leaking plus they dont cool at all and for some reason electricity bill was outrageous cause unit was always coming on when off so we shut it off by fuse we had to pay 700 in electricity also when we moved in they did not do a walk through inspection and we did not sign on the conditions we received unit which was tub discolored and counter top also peeling amd showers walls caving im and no got bogus charges for that but its ok good riddance to this un greatful apartment complex roach infested and sauna oh hell apartment.

Living for a while here, it starts nice but later on the management of the property is little to no help at times. Communication is bad with this people, you call the phone and almos always you will be send to voicemail. You can send email and go to the office. They won't answer back, unless you call the mantaines person who always answers. He can help you get any messages to management. Is best to always pay with money order, app for rent is really not useful. Unless you want to do auto payment. Most people who live here are great neighbors. Never had issues with one, and they are open to conversations. 5⭐

I’m not accustomed to living this way. I’ve been living here a few months and I’ve discussed my issues on several occasions with management and still have yet to have the issues addressed and corrected. I’ve talked with other tenants and it’s the same for them and some of them have been living here more than a year. I’m very disappointed and fear my apartment will be without proper maintenance therefore I’ll be making plans to move out and break the lease. This place however has no issues with sending reminders about rent before rent is due and they want the money by the first. This place isn’t worth it if you’re a civilized human. #IApproveThisMessage

I love it here I stay to myself manager is very understanding very professional and what she does great spot for animals which in looking for a apartment is hard to find
