Paddock Place Apartment Homes

I love it here! It is so cute around the community and always well maintained and clean. I enjoy walking around by the lake and seeing the ducks that are around. The grass is always nicely cut and there’s never dog poop laying around. Eddie the maintenance guy is friendly and knowledgeable and the office staff was helpful throughout the application process. I’m glad me and my husband decided on Paddock Place.

Only issue here is ROACH INFESTATION, yes pest control comes promptly but you will still see roaches in every room daily even after they do treatment. I’ve tried roach spray, peppermint oil, and borax but still see roaches daily.

We’ve been living at Paddock Park Appartments for 2 1/2 years now. It is a very pleasant place to live, and if you have animals, walk your dog in nice wooded, bridged water features. It’s conveniently located by the CCF College, Paddock Mall, dozens of places to shop, eat, bank, walk, play. Ocala is close enough to Orlando attractions without all the traffic and hassles of a big city. We really love the horses and Florida wildlife and proximity to fishing, water-sports and beaches. We love it here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for your next great home adventure.

Just moved in and the ladies in the office are all so nice and seem to love their job. They are very good at picking up phones and even have me a call before open office hours. Because of how prompt they were I was able to get the exact unit I wanted. The maintenance team is quick! It’s so nice walking around the community and the sun just seems to shine brighter here. I also love how close it is to everything I could possibly need.

I love Paddock Place Apartments. This community is well kept, the office team is amazing! Tainalee is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and the best leasing professional out there! The maintenance team is awesome! They are prompt on service requests and Eddie, the maintenance tech is OUTSTANDING! He stays on top of the community, responds to service requests quickly, informative and makes this place very pleasant to be! This is a perfect place to call home
